We built this because we missed a flight
In 2019, two of our founders missed a connection in Frankfurt because of a 50-minute security queue. They discovered there was a priority lane you could buy for €40 — but that it was nearly impossible to find and book from outside. That's where this started.
The services existed. The access didn't
Almost everything we sell was already there: priority lanes, independent lounges, assistance agents, executive terminals. The problem was that every airport sold them its own way, in its own language, through its own website and opening hours.
Our job was to negotiate with the operators one by one, consolidate it all into a single point of contact, and put a human team on top that answers at any hour. That's what you're paying for: not the access itself, but someone taking care of getting it.
With airport operators, not resellers.
Concierges on staff, not outsourced.
What we book for you, at provider price.
We check every airport before listing it.
Four rules we don't bend
The price is the price
What we quote at booking is what you pay. No handling fees appearing at the last step, no retroactive peak-season surcharges.
A person always answers
A bot is fine as a first filter, but not for resolving anything. If you write, someone with the power to act replies.
If we fail, we refund
If a service isn't delivered as promised, the full amount comes back without argument and without you having to claim it.
Your data isn't the product
We don't sell or share information with third parties for commercial purposes. It's encrypted, used for your service, and deleted when it should be.
From one airport to three hundred and eighty
It wasn't quick. Every new airport means negotiating with a different operator, validating the service on the ground and training someone who genuinely knows it.
First agreement, in Madrid
We started with Fast Track at Barajas and a spreadsheet. The first 200 customers were friends, and friends of friends, messaging us on WhatsApp.
The year nobody flew
The pandemic wiped out the business. We used it to build the automated check-in system, which today is our highest-volume service.
24/7 concierge
We built the concierge team with genuine shifts across three time zones. It was the most expensive decision of the project and the one that changed the customer experience most.
Beyond Spain
Agreements in London, Paris, Lisbon, Rome and Amsterdam. Our first corporate clients with dozens of regular travellers.
Middle East and the Americas
Operations opened in Dubai and Miami, and with them full time-zone coverage. From this point on, any hour is working hours for someone on the team.
Twelve services and 380 airports
We added private terminal, flight compensation, E-SIM and special assistance. The catalogue went from three services to twelve.
GDPR compliant
Data hosted in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, deleted on request.
Secure payments
Processed through a certified gateway. We never store card details.
