About automated check-in
We guarantee that we check you in at the earliest possible second, which is what maximises your options. We can't guarantee a specific seat, because it depends on what's free in the airline's inventory at that moment — but in practice we get the primary preference on the large majority of flights.
No. We work with the booking reference and the passenger's surname, which is what the airline's public check-in asks for. We never ask for your frequent-flyer or email credentials.
We only assign free seats. If your preference is available solely as a paid seat, we tell you the price and you decide. We never charge your card without explicit confirmation.
Yes. If the legs share one booking reference, we check in all of them and send you every boarding pass together. If they're separate bookings — typical with low-cost combinations — each one counts as a flight.
It's stored encrypted, used only to complete check-in and the destination's APIS requirements, and deleted after 90 days or sooner if you ask. We comply with the GDPR and don't share that data with third parties outside the process.
