Priority boarding
You board with the first group. Guaranteed overhead space in your own row, which stops being a minor detail on a full flight.

For €45 more, someone meets you, handles your formalities and guides you to the gate. Recommended on connections under 90 minutes and at airports you don't know.

About Fast Pass
Yes. Fast Pass is an airport service, not an airline one. You can fly Ryanair, Vueling, easyJet or anyone else, on the most basic fare, and still use the priority lane. In fact that's where the difference is most noticeable.
With Fast Pass we recommend 75 minutes for international flights and 45 for domestic, instead of the usual 2–3 hours. With a support agent you can cut it finer, though we never advise going below 45 minutes in case of issues outside our control.
We track your flight number in real time. If the time or terminal changes, we update the booking and message you on WhatsApp with the new instructions. You don't need to do anything and there's no surcharge for the change.
Yes, up to 20 people on one booking, with 30% off from the second passenger onwards. Children under 12 travelling with an adult who has Fast Pass go free. For larger groups, get in touch and we'll quote a specific rate.
It's rare, but it happens during construction work or security incidents. If the priority access isn't operating in your time slot, we refund you in full automatically, without you having to claim it. If an agent is assigned, they'll take you through the general lane anyway.
At most airports yes, up to 4 hours before departure. We run an urgent channel for imminent departures: message us on WhatsApp with the word "urgent" and your flight number, and we'll confirm availability within minutes.
